Since the beginning of our business, The Childcare Company has valued the vital contribution to our national security made by service men and women. Our organisation proudly makes childcare jobs for ex-military available to demonstrate our appreciation of their courage and accomplishment.

Creating careers for UK ex-military is a passion for us. We actively welcome ex-servicemen and women, reservists, cadets, and their families into our teams.

We’ve been lucky enough to employ some truly exceptional individuals who’ve helped us thrive as a veteran friendly UK employer, as well as empowering learners, and sharing their expertise and experience to improve our learning programmes.

Our work in creating early years jobs for veterans has already earned us a Bronze Award from the Armed Forces Covenant – one of our proudest achievements of all. Today, we’re continuing this mission by actively reaching out to and encouraging ex-forces personnel to join our ranks.
