At The Childcare Company, our early years apprenticeships and diplomas are designed to help you take your career further, with our skill builders ensuring you are equipped with the skills and knowledge to work with children and their families.

Getting the right training in early years education can help you make a life-changing impact in the lives of children from birth to five years old. No matter your level of experience, our courses range from level 2 to level 5 qualifications, meaning we have an early years apprenticeship or diploma which can help you take your first steps into your childcare career or guide you towards the next step as you progress as an early years professional.

At The Childcare Company, our early years apprenticeships and diplomas cover everything from how to support child development, assess and analyse complex situations, promote equality, diversity and inclusion and build important and long-lasting relationships with children, young people and their families. Alongside this, you will develop yourself both personally and professionally, preparing you to excel as an early years specialist. Some courses include a Paediatric First Aid Qualification and optional certificates, such as the Level 2 Certificate in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

If you are just leaving school and are looking to embark on a lifelong career in early years education, or if you have some experience in the industry but are ready to take the next step, our early years apprenticeships and diplomas can help you take the leap. Delivered through a combination of face-to-face and online training, these early years courses are designed with you and your development in mind. Our training provision also includes Skill Builders, which include everything from English and Maths to health and safety awareness, first aid training and safeguarding practices.
